What started as a humble residential cleaning business in Ocala, FL, quickly grew and built deep trust through hard work and dedication. This foundation laid the groundwork for expansion into the construction cleaning sector, specializing in gated communities. In one remarkable year, we successfully closed over 2,000 homes, employing more than 150 people while fostering strong relationships with our partners.

After a decade of delivering excellence, performance, and word-of-mouth referrals, we rapidly expanded into multi-family communities, property management, landscaping, hotels, commercial construction, hospitals, schools, banks, and retail chains - our team grew to over 250 employees, reinforcing our quiet reputation for reliability and quality.

 RJB’s commitment to quality extends to our hiring, training, and onboarding processes, which have delivered an industry-leading employee retention rate. This approach has allowed us to expand into over 35 states, with a growing team of employees dedicated to consistency & excellence.
